Improvement in the management of sports gestures

PEDAGOGICAL OBJECTIVES

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to analyze the static posture and identify the compensation zones, the gestures of an athlete by observables, to identify the interactions between observables and deficits. They will be taught how to set up an adapted and evolving exercise program to correct and optimize segmental placements.

PROCESS

This training course takes place over 3 days in a face-to-face format (22 h) in group classes (theory and practice).

Practical workshops and a theoretical axis are organized during the practical course.

PRE-REQUISITES AND STAFFING

To be a physiotherapist DE or equivalent.

The number of trainees (metropolitan France) is a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 30 (supervised by a minimum of 2 trainers).

EVALUATIONS

Observation/evaluation sheets are kept to determine the acquisition of knowledge and gestures in accordance with the initial objective of the training. At the end of the training a final certificate is distributed.

BODYMECHANIC

The goal of the BodyMechanic Coaching training is to give the physiotherapist the means to analyze and impact the gestures of a patient/sportsman, in a perspective of prevention and performance. The analysis of the gestures will allow the therapist to put his rehabilitation programs in a global context.
