Improvement in the management of MAL

PEDAGOGICAL OBJECTIVES

At the end of the training, participants will be able to better understand muscle injuries and their classification,
muscle geometry (anatomy and architecture), to assess susceptibilities and to set up a criteria-based rehabilitation with a continuum of adapted exercises.

PROGRESS

This training course is a 3-day blended learning course in face-to-face format (22.5 hrs) and 58 hrs of E-learning, with sequences of course preparation, revision, improvement and online certification. E-learning takes place in 4 progressive modules over 6 weeks (58 hours).

ORGANIZATION

Practical workshops are organized during the practical course. Pre-requisites, courses and advanced training are programmed on the platform. For E-learning This training course takes place online (58 hours) according to a process of 4 progressive openings of modules at 5-day intervals.

PRE-REQUISITES AND STAFFING

To be a physiotherapist or equivalent.

The number of trainees (metropolitan France) is a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 30 (supervised by a minimum of 2 trainers).

EVALUATIONS

Observation/evaluation sheets are kept to determine the acquisition of knowledge and gestures in accordance with the initial objective of the training. At the end of the training, a final certificate is distributed during the internship and a final certification on the platform.

MUSCLE INJURY MASTERCLASS

The Muscle Injury training will enable you to respond to the problems of screening for individual sensitivities to muscle injuries, to organize an assessment and their management based on scientific criteria and evidence.
