Registration to the site and to the newsletter 

The company KINESPORT offers you to register on the site in order to access the restricted section in which you can access or download KINESPORT publications (KINESPORT PUBLICATIONS magazine, SPORT MEDICINES, CARDIO AND SPORT, MANUAL THERAPY, DIETICS AND MICRONUTRITION, etc.). 

To register on the site, you must provide information about yourself such as your name, first name, address, telephone number and profession. Other information may be requested, you are free not to answer. 

When you register, KINESPORT also offers to subscribe to a newsletter. To do this, simply check the box "I wish to receive the newsletter". 

Access to the private area of Trainees 

If you are a former trainee of a KINESPORT training, you can by registering on the site and after this registration has been validated by the teams of KINESPORT, access a "Private Area". 

Various services are offered in this private area: 

- a Forum of exchanges with former trainees or with KINESPORT's speakers, 

- a Social Network, 

- classified ads, 

- the training schedule, 

- a request form to make up for missed classes, 

- course revision modules, notably in the form of short videos. 

As soon as your registration to the Private Area is validated by our teams, you can access your profile file. You can configure the information you wish to appear on this file and make it available to other members of the network. From the Settings tab, you can also manage your internal messaging and subscriptions or track your orders. 

If your profile is public, other members of the network can view your recent "activities" on the site (such as articles published, comments posted, classified ads proposed). They can also access the information you have chosen to publish on the "Info" tab. With the "follow" function appearing on public profiles, network members are informed of your activities. You can also follow the activities of other members and send them messages through the "Contact me" function. If your profile is public, your contact information will also appear in a directory of KINEPSORT practitioners. 

Your contributions on the KINESPORT Site 

In all your activities on the site KINESPORT, you agree to comply with the laws and regulations applicable in France and the European Union. You also agree not to infringe on the rights of others by your actions or contributions. 

At the time of your interventions on the site in particular on the forum, you prohibit yourselves from holding remarks:

For content protected by intellectual property rights, such as photos or videos ("intellectual property"), that you publish on the site KINESPORT, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free and worldwide license to use your content. This license of intellectual property ends when you permanently delete your intellectual property content or your account, unless your account is linked to that of others who have not deleted it (activity tracking, messages sent). 

Placing an order 

When placing an order on the site www.kinesport.info, you must provide personal information such as your name, first name, postal address, e-mail address, bank details.

Data processing and Liberties
